What is an Agoda channel manager?
An Agoda channel manager is software that connects an Agoda account to the other sites a property is listed on, keeping rates, availability and reservations identical across all of them. More complete tools like Hospitable also bring guest messaging and automation into the same workflow, so the whole operation runs from one place rather than from YCS.
Who can connect Agoda to Hospitable?
Agoda Homes isn’t available in the US and some other regions. US hosts with a hotel licence or an LLC may still be eligible, and Agoda can confirm this directly.
Hospitable supports single-unit properties, so hotel-style setups with multiple room types aren’t compatible. Your listings also need to be live on Agoda before you connect them.
Is Hospitable an official Agoda channel manager?
Yes. Hospitable appears in Agoda YCS's own channel manager list, so connecting is a setting you select inside Agoda rather than a workaround. That connection carries calendar availability, stay restrictions, nightly rates, confirmed reservations and guest messages.

How do I prevent double bookings across Agoda and other channels?
Keep one system as the source of truth for availability. Hospitable syncs reservations between connected listings, so a booking on one channel blocks those dates on the others without you blocking anything by hand. No channel manager can make a double booking impossible, but automated syncing cuts the risk substantially compared with managing calendars manually.
Can I handle Agoda guest messages from Hospitable?
Yes, once you've completed the messaging setup: Agoda requires a contact email to be added in YCS for each connected property, and messages won't route until that's done. After that, Agoda conversations arrive in the Hospitable inbox alongside every other channel. Because Agoda messaging is email-based rather than API-based, messages can take a few minutes to appear in either direction.
Can I create or edit Agoda listings from Hospitable?
Not currently. Agoda listings have to be created and edited directly in Agoda, and they need to be live before you can connect them to Hospitable. Listing management for Agoda is under consideration for future development.
Can I connect Agoda, Airbnb and Booking.com through Hospitable?
Yes. Hospitable connects to Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and listings for the same property are merged into a single Hospitable property so their calendars stay in step. Merging matters because connecting the listings without merging them is the most common reason sync doesn’t behave as expected.
