Hospitable Rewards: Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0 · Effective October 28, 2026
1. Program overview
Hospitable Rewards ("the program") lets eligible Hospitable customers earn Points for specific actions that support Hospitable’s community and brand — including community participation, certain social media activity, event attendance, product feedback, and other actions described below.
Points are a promotional loyalty unit, not currency, property, or a stored-value account. Earning Points gives an eligible customer a conditional right to obtain a discount or billing credit, or Hospitable-branded merchandise, under these terms — nothing more. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, purchased, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
Hospitable may change, suspend, or end the program, or change how Points are earned or redeemed, under the rules in Section 7.

2. Eligibility
The program is open to current Hospitable customers with an active account in good standing, including customers on a free trial. Trial users can earn Points and redeem them for merchandise, but billing credit can only be applied once a paid subscription starts. If a trial ends without a paid subscription, Section 8 applies as if the subscription had been canceled. Hospitable reserves the right to determine eligibility, deny participation, or remove a user from the program at its discretion, including for suspected fraud or abuse under Section 6. You must be at least 18. Employees, contractors and agencies of any Hospitable group company, and members of their household, cannot take part. Hospitable may offer different actions or rewards to different participants (for example by plan, tenure, country, or user role), but will never make eligibility to earn Points for a review depend on a participant's satisfaction score, past feedback, or expected rating.
At launch, the program is available to eligible customers in:
United States
United Kingdom
Canada (except Québec)
Australia
France
Hospitable may add, remove, or restrict specific countries, states, or provinces, at its discretion.

3. How Points are earned
Points are awarded for the specific actions and at the specific rates published on the Rewards program page. Hospitable may change, add, remove, or adjust the points system for a valid reason, in its sole discretion (including, but not limited to, strategic company decision, product decision, changes in business environment, changes in strategic goals, program cost, abuse prevention, product or partner changes, platform rules or legal compliance), with changes taking effect when posted on the Rewards program page, dashboard page, profile page, or via email. This includes, without limitation, the points awarded for any action, the Points-to-credit conversion rate (overall or for any specific currency), redemption caps (whether by plan, currency, or otherwise), which actions are Point-eligible, and any other aspect of how the program works. Hospitable is not obligated to honor a previously published rate, cap, or conversion criteria for actions taken after a change takes effect, except as Section 7 provides for Points already earned. Section 7 covers advance notice for changes that affect Points you've already earned.
Points are awarded only for eligible actions you complete after you accept these terms. Activity before you join, including activity before the program launched, doesn’t earn Points, even if it would otherwise qualify. This includes one time actions taken before the Rewards program launch, such as completing your profile or posting an introduction, that you completed before the program launched or before you joined.
Broad categories of Point-earning activity include (not all may be live at any given time):
Community activity: posting, replying, giving accepted answers, completing your profile, introducing yourself, and other community actions listed on the Rewards program page, on Hospitable’s Community platform, converted into Points at a published rate. Points are awarded only for contributions that meet Hospitable’s quality standards, which may be assessed automatically, including with AI. Very short, off topic, repeated, or low effort contributions, such as one word replies or copied text, may not earn Points. If you think a contribution was wrongly assessed, you can ask for a person to review it.
Social media engagement: Currently limited to Instagram Stories that tag @hospitable_com, limited to a maximum of one Point-earning Story per user per calendar month. Because Hospitable is paying an incentive for this content, disclosing that incentive is a condition of earning the Point — it is not left to your judgment. Your Story must carry a clear, unavoidable disclosure that it's sponsored or incentivized by Hospitable using Instagram’s Paid Partnership label plus the words “Publicité” or “Collaboration commerciale” if you are in France, or “#ad” everywhere else, placed so it's visible without expanding or clicking through. Hospitable reviews each Story for disclosure before awarding Points and will not award Points for a Story that omits it.
Event attendance: Personally attending a Hospitable event that is designated as eligible for Points on the Rewards program page (for example, a Town Hall, workshop, Product Q&A, or webinar), live or, where the Rewards program page says so, on replay, as tracked by the platform hosting the event or by Hospitable. You must attend for at least 30 minutes or, for events shorter than 30 minutes, at least 80% of the event’s running time (or of the recording’s length, for a replay). Each event earns Points once per participant, whether you watch it live, on replay, or both. Attendance must be by you personally. Joins by AI notetakers, recording bots, or other automated tools don’t count as attendance and don’t earn Points, even if they’re connected to your account.
Product feedback: Specific actions on Hospitable's feedback/roadmap platform, as published from time to time.
Product milestones. Reaching milestones designated on the Rewards program page for using Hospitable features on your account (for example, enabling Dynamic Pricing, connecting a smart lock or smart thermostat, or turning on AI auto-replies). Some milestones require the feature to stay enabled for 30 consecutive days on at least one active property connected to your account, as measured by Hospitable’s systems. If the feature is turned off or disconnected during that period, the count starts again, though Hospitable will disregard interruptions caused by its own service outages. Each milestone earns Points once per account, and those Points go to the primary account holder. Points aren’t reversed if you later turn a feature off, unless Section 6 applies. Hospitable doesn’t cover the cost of any feature, add-on, or third-party device needed to reach a milestone.
Reviews: Leaving a review on specific third-party platforms designated by Hospitable from time to time. At launch this is limited to G2, the only platform in scope whose own policies permit incentivized reviews. Points for reviews may be offered for a limited period or a limited number of reviews, as shown on the Rewards program page and in the review invitation. Reviews submitted after that period ends or that number is reached don’t earn Points. Where Hospitable offers Points in exchange for a review, the Points are awarded for providing an honest review regardless of the rating given, not for a positive review specifically. Hospitable will never ask you to leave a positive review, change a review or remove a negative one, and will not withhold or reverse Points because of what a review says. Reviews must be submitted through Hospitable's designated G2 campaign flow, which applies G2's required incentive labeling and disclosure. Hospitable does not currently offer Points for reviews on all third-party review platforms — only those specifically named in the current program terms — and reserves the right to add or remove eligible platforms at any time in order to stay compliant with each platform's own policies.
Survey participation: Completing specific Hospitable run or Hospitable affiliated surveys that are identified as eligible for Points in a Community post or in the survey invitation. Some surveys are by invitation only. Hospitable’s standard NPS survey is never eligible for Points.
Testimonials, case studies, podcast appearances, and similar content collaborations: Awarded individually at Hospitable’s discretion, where a customer is invited to give a testimonial or is featured in Hospitable marketing content. By submitting content to earn Points (for example, Stories, reviews, testimonials, Community posts, or case study or podcast material), you give Hospitable a worldwide, royalty free license to reuse it, with the name and business name you included, in its marketing for five years. When Hospitable reuses it, it will keep the disclosure that you received Points.
MCP Library submissions: Submitting a tool or integration to the Hospitable MCP Library that Hospitable accepts. Points are awarded once per accepted submission and are the only compensation you receive for it. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you give Hospitable and its group companies a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, publish, modify, adapt, combine with other products, distribute, sell, license, and otherwise commercially exploit it in any form, including as part of paid Hospitable products or services, and to let other Hospitable users use, copy, and adapt it. Hospitable is not required to publish your submission, credit you, or pay you any royalty or share of revenue. You confirm that you have the right to grant this license, that any third party code it includes is under a license that allows Hospitable to distribute it commercially, including in closed source products, and that it contains no passwords, API keys, or personal data. Hospitable may remove a submission at any time.
Competitions: Hospitable may run skill based competitions, such as a Buildathon, in which winners receive Points, under separate official rules for each competition. Points are never awarded by random draw or chance. Leaderboards and badges are recognition only, unless the official rules of a competition say otherwise.

4. Matching an interaction to your account
Some Point-earning interactions happen outside of being logged into your Hospitable account — for example, commenting on a social media post, attending a webinar through Zoom or Contrast, leaving a review on a third-party site, or completing a survey. For Hospitable to award Points for these interactions, you're responsible for using the same email address associated with your Hospitable account whenever you complete an action of this kind (for example, registering for a webinar). Hospitable cannot award Points for an interaction it cannot match to a Hospitable account by email, and is not responsible for un-awarded Points resulting from a mismatched or different email address being used. If you believe Points weren't awarded correctly, including where you used your account email, contact Hospitable support with the details and we'll review it.

5. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for billing credit or merchandise, subject to the following:
Redemption is manual. Points do not automatically convert to credit. You must actively choose to redeem your accumulated Points (or a portion of them) each time. Redemption is processed automatically and immediately once you request it — Hospitable applies the credit to your account in the currency of your subscription, based on the conversion rate published for that currency at the time of redemption. In some cases, Hospitable may hold a redemption for up to 14 days to complete a fraud or validation check.
Redemption minimum. Each redemption must be for at least 500 Points.
Redemption cap for billing credit. Each redemption for billing credit is capped at $100 USD equivalent, and you may redeem Points for billing credit once per calendar month. Merchandise redemptions are not subject to this cap or monthly limit, but depend on availability and the Points prices shown in the merchandise catalog. Current point to credit conversion rates and the billing credit cap for each supported currency are published on the Rewards program page and may be updated from time to time under Section 7. You can hold up to 30,000 Points at a time; while you are at that limit, new Points are not awarded.
Primary account only for billing credit. Points may only be redeemed for billing credit against the primary account holder's subscription. Secondary users can redeem their own Points directly for physical merchandise shipped to them individually. Billing credit applies only to future subscription fees, cannot be refunded or paid out, does not count as fees paid for any refund or guarantee, and lapses if the subscription ends.
Merchandise delivery. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, and once an order has shipped, Hospitable is not responsible for delay, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law. Hospitable will make reasonable efforts to investigate and replace an order confirmed lost or damaged in transit, at its discretion — that's a goodwill practice, not a guaranteed entitlement. Hospitable may substitute an item of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable, and any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.
Geographic Availability. Merchandise delivery may not be available in all countries or jurisdictions. Eligible delivery destinations are subject to confirmation by Hospitable and may be updated from time to time, subject to applicable law and without affecting any rights arising from orders already accepted.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Point adjustments
Hospitable may withhold, reverse, or deduct Points, deny a redemption, recover billing credit applied in the previous 12 months by adding it to the account's next invoice, or remove a user from the program if it reasonably believes Points were earned through fraudulent, abusive, automated, or otherwise bad-faith activity, including but not limited to fake accounts, scripted or bot-driven engagement, coordinated point-farming, or circumventing the caps described in Section 3. Where Hospitable takes this kind of action, it will tell the affected user why where it reasonably can, and the user can contact Hospitable support to request a review of that specific decision.

7. Changes to the program
Hospitable may change point values, redemption caps, or the points-to-credit conversion rate, or modify, suspend, or terminate the program, or any part of it, including these terms and conditions themselves, for a valid reason, under the rules below. Where the program’s existence or structure changes materially (for example, suspending or ending it entirely), Hospitable will give at least 15 days’ notice by email and on the Rewards page before suspending or ending the program, or ending it in a particular country. During that period you may redeem your Points without the once per month limit.
Where a change would reduce the value of Points you've already earned, for example, lowering the points-to-credit conversion rate or tightening a redemption cap that applies to an existing balance, Hospitable will give at least 15 days’ notice before that change applies to those already-earned Points, except where an immediate change is required for legal, security, or third-party platform-compliance reasons. Notice will be shown on the Rewards page or sent by email, and during the notice period you may redeem those Points on the old terms without the once-per-month limit. New earn rates, new caps, and other changes affecting Points not yet earned may still take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Points expiration
Points don't expire from inactivity while your Hospitable subscription is active, expiration is tied to cancellation only:
Canceled accounts. If you cancel your Hospitable subscription, Hospitable keeps a record of your Points for 12 months after cancellation. Resubscribe within that window and your Points are restored as they were. Don't resubscribe within it, or resubscribe after it, and the balance is permanently cleared; a later resubscription starts at 0 Points. Hospitable will email you when the subscription ends and again at least 30 days before the balance is cleared.
Inactive subscriptions. While your subscription is inactive, for example because it is paused, canceled, or unpaid, you can’t redeem Points. You keep your balance during that time, subject to the cancellation rules above.

10. General
Rewards Terms. These terms are a standalone agreement: they do not amend or form part of your Subscription Agreement, and billing credit is a promotional credit governed only by these terms. The program is offered by the Hospitable entity that supplies your subscription, and these terms are governed by the law and courts named in your Subscription Agreement, without removing any protection that mandatory law gives you. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hospitable’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the greater of (i) the value of your unredeemed Points and (ii) US$100. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury, fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Joining the program. You join by accepting these terms through a click-through opt-in, which records the version and date.
Disputes. If you have a concern about Points, redemptions or the Program, contact Hospitable support first. You and Hospitable will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days, and neither of us will start legal proceedings about it before then, except for urgent injunctive relief. Hospitable’s remedy for any error in the Program is to correct your Points balance or restore the Points or credit affected, subject to the liability limit above. Any claim relating to the Program must be brought within 12 months after it arose. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Personal Data Processing. How we use personal information in the Program is explained in the Hospitable Rewards Privacy Notice at hospitable.com/legal/hospitable-rewards-privacy.
