How much does a payout cost?

Your first payout run each month is free (includes one withdrawal + unlimited distributions). After that, a 1.5% fee capped at $5 applies.

What if I have multiple properties, but one bank account?

Not a problem. If the owner has multiple properties but receives through one account in a single run, they’ll see one consolidated transaction.
