How does Guest Verification work?

Guests upload an ID, take a selfie, confirm contact info, and (in some cases) complete a background check. It all happens inside their Guest Portal, with zero redirects.

Can I verify guests who booked through Airbnb or other OTAs?

Yes. You can manually trigger verification for any reservation. We’ll send them a secure link to complete the steps.

When does verification happen for Direct bookings?

Immediately after booking, before access is granted to key stay info or smart lock codes. It’s automatic for Direct Premium.
