What classifies as an eligible referral?
A referral counts once the host you refer signs up through your unique link and connects at least one active booking channel listing to their Hospitable account — this includes hosts on our free plan.
If your referral is matched with a property manager instead, the referral qualifies once their property is active under management and they've received their first payout. Each referred host counts once, regardless of how many properties they bring.
Who is eligible for the program?
Anyone with an audience of short-term rental hosts — creators, bloggers, consultants, communities, or industry partners. Just register at affiliates.hospitable.com and your account is active immediately, so you can start sharing your link right away.
Referrals must be new customers who haven't previously used Hospitable, and self-referrals don't qualify.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No — you earn $200 for every qualified referral, with no cap. Refer 5 hosts, earn $1,000. Refer 50, earn $10,000. And everyone you refer gets 25% off their Hospitable bill for 3 months.
How often are payouts processed?
Payouts run monthly. We auto-generate an invoice on your behalf for all qualified referrals from the prior period — no paperwork needed on your end — and payment is issued on Net-30 terms from the invoice date. Track everything in real time from your affiliate dashboard.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No minimum threshold. Even a single $200 referral gets invoiced and paid out in the next monthly cycle.
