How’s it work?
Connect your bank account
Start by connecting your business bank account in Hospitable. This is the account we’ll use to withdraw funds for your owner payout runs.
Owners connect their accounts in their portal
Each owner is prompted to connect and verify their bank account directly in their Owner Portal. Once their status shows as Ready, they’re eligible to be included in a payout run.
Publish a statement to schedule a payout
When you publish a statement, you’ll see the option to schedule a payout immediately or set it for a later date. You’re always in control of timing.
We handle the transfer
When a payout run begins, we withdraw a single amount that covers all applicable distributions. Each owner receives their funds directly to their connected bank account, resulting in a single, clear transaction, even if they have multiple properties.
Everyone is kept up to date
As each payout is completed, statements automatically update from Published to Paid, keeping your financial records and owner communications in sync.
