Smartbnb becomes Hospitable
As of August 10th, 2021, Smartbnb becomes Hospitable.com. New name, same team, same product, same support.
After 5 years under the Smartbnb name, we are changing our name to Hospitable.com.
The new name will further align our values with our users. Hospitable is for property owners who work every day to ensure their guests’ experience is outstanding. Hospitable is for property managers who treat their visitors as guests.
What changes for our users:
The new login address will be my.hospitable.com.
You can still use my.smartbnb.io, which will redirect you.
Our mobile app will change its name to Hospitable with the next update.
What does not change for our users:
Our services will remain with no interruption or disruptions.
You will not need to re-connect or re-adjust anything.
Your login and password will remain the same on my.hospitable.com.
