Let your owner book a stay right from their portal or create one from your calendar. Tailor access and turnover, and keep your operations team in sync. Everything is clearly flagged as an Owner Stay, so it’s evident to you, your team, and your calendar, eliminating any guesswork or messy workarounds.

Because this is built for property managers, it handles the financial details, too. If an owner wants a post-stay clean, you can add a cleaning fee and have it deducted automatically from their next statement. Say goodbye to awkward invoices or out-of-pocket payments.






How’s it work?

Create a stay or let your owner book one

Open your single or multi-calendar, click the add booking button, and choose the owner’s stay option. From the owner’s portal, they can go to the calendar tab and click the add booking button. From there, you or the owner can confirm the dates and add guest details. It’s flagged as an Owner Stay from the start, so you won’t confuse it with guest bookings later.

Set flexible arrival, departure, and prep

Give owners special treatment without breaking your turnover rhythm. Set custom check-in and checkout times, and (when needed) block the night before or after to avoid same-day turnovers. You can also adjust prep time to fit their stay.

Customize access with smart-lock options

If your owner already has a key or doesn’t need a door code, simply disable smart-lock code communications for that stay. No extra messages, less confusion.

Schedule cleaning and handle the fee automatically

Choose whether to schedule a post-stay clean. If you do, set the cleaning fee and decide how to handle payment. Choose an offline method or automatically deduct it from the owner’s following statement or invoice. Either way, your cleaners get the task and your books stay clean.

See it clearly on your calendar

Owner Stays appear in a distinct purple color on your calendar, so your team can spot them at a glance and plan accordingly. Click on them to make any updates to the booking, just like you would on any other reservation.
