How we got here

Founded in 2016, Hospitable was born when our founder and CEO, Pierre-Camille Hamana, needed to save time on managing a short-term rental (his spare bedroom).

Hosts use Hospitable to answer 90% of guest messages with AI-powered automated messaging, to automate their team notifications so they never miss a clean, and to avoid double bookings with a synchronized calendar across booking channels.

As a company, we’re super transparent. We host bi-weekly public Town Halls to share updates and gather feedback from hosts, and our customers have invested over $1M to help fund our growth.

We’re all human, and, similar to many of our hosts, our CEO started his short-term rental journey cleaning his own rental property. Being just a small part of the hospitality industry, we are proud of the impact our software brings, but we are also aware of its limitations.
