Yes. If you wish for this guest to receive your automated messages, be sure to:
- Enter your guest’s email address correctly when creating the reservation
- Check that ‘Manual’ is selected in the platform scope section of any messaging rules you want to send
No, because your messages will be sent over email, you don’t have to worry about any of the link or brand name restrictions that the likes of Airbnb have.
