That’s why we’re excited to introduce Trip Insurance as a built-in upsell in Hospitable. Guests can add coverage for unexpected events directly from their Guest Portal, while you earn commission on every policy sold, automatically, with no setup or management required.

Let them review policy details, choose the coverage that fits their needs, and purchase right up until the day before check-in. One seamless experience. More confident guests. How’s it work?

It's automatically enabled

Trip Insurance is turned on for all eligible U.S. properties that have access to Upsells. You don’t need to lift a finger to start offering it to guests.

Available for purchase in the Guest Portal

Guests will see the option to purchase trip insurance in their portal, either at the end of their check-in tasks or as a standalone upsell in the product catalogue.

Flexible purchase and cancellation timing

Guests are able to purchase or cancel their coverage right up until the day before check-in.

Earn commission on every plan sold

Every time a guest purchases trip insurance, you earn commission on that sale, often turning a single booking into more than enough to cover your monthly Hospitable subscription.

Why use it?

  • Offer peace of mind without extra work. Guests get protection for unexpected changes, and you don’t have to manage policies, answer insurance questions, or handle claims. Everything is handled automatically.
