A new Hospitable Help Center is now available to all our users! There you can get answers to the most common questions and learn how to use Hospitable effectively to deliver a great experience to your guests.

Our team has been working hard for several months to create this comprehensive online knowledge base. We used information gathered by our customer support team about the most common questions that Hospitable users ask.

Our team members created helpful user manuals that cover a ton of topics our subscribers are interested in. The goal was to update our Help Center with new information and organize it in a way that you can easily find instant answers to practically any question.

We hope that all our users will benefit from those articles. You’ll find articles for new users as well as advanced use cases like automatically offering an extended stay. The chances are that even experienced Hospitable users may learn something new or discover some of the features of our system that they did not know about before.

How do you use the new Hospitable Help Center?

Our product team is always working to improve the desktop version of Hospitable and our  mobile apps. They use your feedback to add new features that will help you manage different parts of your short-term rental business and ensure a wonderful guest experience.
