I will show you how to filter codes, view code details, edit codes, and manage reservations. I will also explain how to lock/unlock devices, view device status, and manage operations codes. Additionally, I will guide you through the setup page and explain how to manage connected accounts and settings. Guest experience is our suite of tools for busy short-term rental hosts that want to offer a stellar experience to their guests.

Guest's experience consists of three components, all about automating the communication with your guests:

- Messaging rules, automating your guest experience with messages from the first inquiry to check out (and after!).

- Review rules, automating the posting of your reviews to guests.

- Questions, looking for potential questions to detect in your guests conversations, and reply to them.

The Metrics section contains 3 different types of exports to help with your reporting. All exports are downloaded as a .csv excel file, and can be further manipulated within the downloaded document.

The calendar is a unified view of all your properties from all connected accounts.

Properties is where you can manage all the listings that are imported from your connected channels.

Each listing is added to its own property group by default. You can merge listings into one property group if they are for the exact same physical property and listing type.

Connected accounts is where you can connect to any Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com account, see all currently connected accounts, and invite primary hosts to connect their accounts (if you are an Airbnb co-host).
