That’s why we’re excited to announce that Copilot, your personal AI assistant and strategic partner, is now available from your Hospitable main menu! Access Copilot from anywhere in the Hospitable app and ask it questions to understand your business metrics better.

With growing competition and rising guest expectations, it’s more important than ever for hosts to stay ahead. Copilot dives through your reservation history, reviews, and operational data to deliver instant, actionable insights that help you improve efficiency, elevate guest experiences, and grow your business without the time-consuming number crunching.






How’s It Work?

Using Copilot AI Assistant

You’ll find Copilot under the main menu on the left-hand side of your Hospitable account. Once opened, Copilot will answer your business-related questions in plain language. Just ask questions like, “How’s my occupancy rate this month?” or “Which properties are getting the best reviews?” and Copilot will generate a detailed, data-driven response within seconds.

Copilot analyzes your real-time reservations, reviews, and performance data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and highlight what’s working well and what can be improved. But it does more than just answer questions; it helps you spot patterns and take strategic action. 

Here are a few examples of questions Copilot can answer:

  • How does my revenue compare month over month?
  • Where are the majority of my guests visiting from?
  • What is my average nightly rate across all listings this year?
  • Which guest issues are most commonly reported in reviews?
