It may also be calculated by dividing a hotel’s total room revenue by the total number of available rooms in the period being measured.
The results indicate that promoting your listing on more than one platform can potentially increase the Average Daily Rate and the Revenue Per Available Room.
So, it’s kind of a no brainer really.
